Can I bring my pet?
Edgewater does not allow pets with the exception of special-needs-assistance dogs.
Can I add rooms to my reservation at a later date?
Yes, you may add rooms to your reservation based on availability. However, the room rate you have at the time of the
initial booking is not guaranteed - prices are based on availability and current rate are subject to change.
What are package prices based on?
Package pricing is based on two people. Rates indicate single/double additional charge for 3rd or 4th person. Package
inclusions do not apply to 3rd and 4th persons unless specifically indicated. (In other words, package pricing applies
to your room rate only, not your selected package activity, unless specifically noted otherwise.
Does the "Best Rate Guarantee" apply to packages?
Packages are already based on the best value for each individual package component, so by purchasing a package you're
essentially getting the best rate.
Can I change the details of my package components (i.e, golf)?
No. Package components are non-transferable and non-refundable. No substitutions are allowed (per rate card).

restaurants and activities in Naples and the surrounding areas. Although we cannot be held responsible for experiences
or incidents that take place off-property, we encourage you to provide us with feedback so that we can continue to
improve upon our guest experience.
What are some of the local holidays that I should keep in mind when booking a stay? Are there certain times
when some "must-see" attractions are closed?
Generally, this is a year round destination; however, please contact the concierge for specifics on open/close times, etc.
How is Edgewater different than the other hotels in Naples?

I am a travel agent arranging my own personal travel. Am I eligible for special rates, and if so, how can I book them?
We do offer special travel agent rates. These rates are available in the GDS and by calling our toll free reservations number 888.325.7711.
Travel Agents will be required to present a valid IATAN I.D. upon check-in. If proper
identification is not presented, rate will reflect best available.
What if I don't have answers to all of the questions in the RFP? Can I still submit a proposal?
Yes. You may submit an RFP without knowing the full details of your function.
I would like to start planning a social event, like a wedding or a reunion. Can I still use the RFP?
Yes. You may submit an RFP for conferences, wedding, reunions, or any other social event.
Can I use the RFP to reserve a block of rooms even if I'm not hosting my event at the hotel?
It depends. You may use the RFP if your room block consists of six rooms or more. For room blocks of five or less, you must book online or over the phone. |
